Full-Service Management is ongoing: we do everything in Tenant Placement plus monthly rent collection, RTA-compliant rent reviews, maintenance dispatch, financial reporting, and end-of-year tax-ready statements. Fee: 8% of monthly rent collected. No leasing fee if we placed the tenant. Choose Tenant Placement if you want a great tenant but plan to manage day-to-day yourself. Choose Full Management if you want hands-off.
