Why publish the two non-zero items?

Hiding them would defeat the point of this page. $250 lease-renewal only applies if you're on placement-only and your existing tenant signs another lease — switch to full-service before renewal and it's $0. $150 eviction handling covers the $100 BC Residential Tenancy Branch filing fee plus $50 of our admin time preparing your case — disclosed because it's real work, not a surprise on a statement.

Every fee on this page is the price you pay. No "+ GST" surprises at signing — applicable taxes are baked into our quoted rates.
